4.      Investigate feasibility of producing royalty-free DID.

1.      Raise and discuss issues that have to be considered in the definition of technologies for the storage and transmission of scalable video, and resolve the open questions in the document.

4.      Study and improve the Reference Software and Conformance for File Format

5.      Joint work with the JPEG FFSEC group on specification harmonization
