WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE:
-------------------
This workshop is aimed at providing opportunities for discussion on new technologies and their applications for advanced television systems. Many technologies and results on advanced television systems, such as HDTV and Digital TV system, general image processing, and transmission theory, have been reported through the workshop. The workshop will give good chances to discuss the issuing technology and to overview the new trend in television systems.
The workshop in Seoul, Korea is organized in conjunction with Korea Electronic Show98.
Prospective authors are strongly encouraged to submit papers for presentation at the Interantional Workshop on HDTV in Seoul, Korea.
